Marketing Consent Terms (Email and SMS)

8.1 Email Marketing: CAN-SPAM

We will only send promotional email to users who have opted in. Every commercial email will: clearly identify Honest Fix as the sender; include our mailing address (3544 West Artistic Circle, South Jordan, UT 84095); include a working unsubscribe link valid for at least 30 days; and honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Opt out at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in any marketing email or by contacting caleb@honestfixapp.com.

8.2 SMS Marketing: TCPA Express Written Consent

We will not send marketing text messages without express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227.

Required consent language (displayed at the point of mobile number collection, if and when SMS marketing launches): "By checking the box below and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Honest Fix at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy and Terms."

For every SMS opt-in, we log the timestamp, the exact version of the consent language shown, and the user's account and device identifiers at the moment the box is checked, and retain that record for at least four years.

8.3 SMS Program Details

SMS marketing is not active at this time; account and service emails are delivered through our technology provider, Rivvet AI, and no texts are currently being sent. This section is in place for if and when SMS launches.

If you opt in to SMS: message types will be defined before SMS marketing launches; message frequency varies; to opt out, reply STOP; to get help, reply HELP; message and data rates may apply.

8.4 Transactional Communications

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we will continue sending transactional and service communications (account confirmations, receipts, security alerts, legal notices) which are not subject to opt-out.
